Shipping

We ship products to the UK only and all items are posted with Royal Mail Second Class. Printed goods require a small delivery fee of just £1 with a dispatch time of 1-2 days, whilst delivery costs and turn-around time on painted items will be discussed with you via email after reaching out to us.

Operation

We print, paint and quality control all of our items in-house, to ensure all of our customer orders are of the highest standard before postage. Please be aware- when ordering the same design on different items, due to different printing methods, we can not guarantee both designs will be produced exactly the same colour. Please note- we currently only offer hand painting on alcohol bottles to individuals in a DH postcode. 

Refunds/Returns

As a small, fledgling company, we unfortunately do not accept returns of any unwanted items. Customers will however be illegible for a refund should their product arrive faulty or damaged and photos of this will be requested. If this is the case, please email us on lucy@lockiegifts.com where we will be able to offer you a full refund or exchange of the same item.
